Asahi is known as the birthplace of the unwrapped Fuji apple, a cultivation method that lets sunlight touch every side of the fruit. The water is a moor spring — mooru-sen — dark and organic, drawn from ancient plant matter compressed deep underground. What sets this bath apart is that apples float in it.
